NOOBSYNC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("NoobSync") is committed to transparency in all financial dealings.
Payments to NoobSync are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this policy (including the Exceptions section and cancellation-by-NoobSync provisions below) or in a signed service agreement. Once access is provided or a service is initiated, the engagement is deemed fulfilled and non-reversible.
Consulting, implementation, and managed services follow the refund terms defined in the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. In the absence of such terms, the general no-refund policy applies.
No refunds are issued for partial usage periods. Monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the remaining subscription period.
One-time payments for software licenses, API access, tools, or downloadable products are non-refundable after delivery or activation.
Fees for staffing, recruitment, or talent placement services are non-refundable once the candidate engagement has commenced. Replacement guarantees, if applicable, are defined in the service contract.
This section applies to individual consumers purchasing NoobSync HI training programs, IdeaThon and other event registrations, and related student services.
All program fees, including token/seat-reservation payments, are non-refundable once paid. However, we offer the following flexibility: (a) a one-time transfer to another program of equal or lower value, or (b) a one-time deferral to the next available batch of the same program. Transfer or deferral requests must be submitted in writing to hello@noobsync.com within 7 days of your batch start date. Token payments are adjustable against the full program fee but are forfeited on no-show without a written deferral request.
Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. Team changes and participant substitutions are permitted as per the event's published rules. If an event or round is cancelled by NoobSync Innovations, registered participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
If NoobSync Innovations cancels a program, batch, or event, affected customers receive a full refund. The exceptions in the section titled "Exceptions" (duplicate payments, billing errors, no service rendered, verified unauthorized transactions) apply to all consumer purchases. Genuine hardship cases may be reviewed at our sole discretion on written request.
