NOOBSYNC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("NoobSync") delivers all services digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Nature of Delivery

All services and products provided by NoobSync are digital in nature. This includes: SaaS platform access and API keys, consulting and implementation services, cybersecurity and AI/ML solutions, staffing and recruitment services, reports and deliverables, training programs and event access.

Delivery Timelines

• SaaS products and API keys: within 24 hours of confirmed payment
• Consulting and project-based work: as per defined schedules agreed upon with the client
• Access to training programs, event platforms, and competition portals: provisioned to your registered email within 24 hours of successful payment
• Staffing and recruitment services: per the terms of the engagement agreement
• Reports and deliverables: per project milestones or agreed timelines

Delivery Methods

Delivery is made via: email, secure client portals, API endpoints, cloud-based platforms, or video conferencing tools.

Delays

In the unlikely event of a delay, NoobSync will notify the client and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by client-side dependencies or third-party factors are excluded.
