Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Subscription-based access (e.g., to proprietary platforms): usually provisioned on the same day of approval
• Consulting and project-based work: as per defined schedules agreed upon with the client
• Access to training programs, event platforms, and competition portals: provisioned to your registered email within 24 hours of successful payment

Confirmation of Delivery

A service will be considered successfully delivered once any one or more of the following conditions are met:

• The client has received and confirmed access to the platform or service
• Kickoff or onboarding meetings have taken place
• Required deliverables have been emailed or uploaded to the agreed collaboration environment

Internal logs, email confirmations, and digital delivery records are maintained to support this.

Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the competent courts located in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India.
