These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by NOOBSYNC INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("NoobSync", "we", "our").
By accessing or using any service provided by NoobSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you represent an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice.
All intellectual property rights in our services, products, and content remain with NoobSync. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, use services lawfully, and not attempt to reverse-engineer our products.
All fees are due as specified in service agreements. Late payments may incur interest. We accept payments through approved Indian payment gateways.
The NoobSync HI referral program allows enrolled students to earn course credits when people they refer enroll in eligible programs.
A referral credit is earned only when the referred person completes a paid enrollment in an eligible program using the referrer's code at the time of enrollment, and the enrollment is not cancelled by NoobSync. Credit amounts per program are displayed within the HI platform and may be revised prospectively at any time.
Credits are redeemable solely as a discount at checkout on NoobSync HI programs. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and cannot be applied to token/seat-reservation payments or already-completed purchases. The maximum credit discount per checkout is 25% of the program fee unless otherwise stated. Credits expire 12 months after being earned.
Self-referrals, referral of the same household/payer, creation of multiple accounts, or any manipulation of the program constitutes abuse and results in forfeiture of credits and, in serious cases, account termination. Referral codes may not be advertised as NoobSync's official pricing or posted in a misleading manner.
NoobSync may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Credits already earned under these terms remain redeemable for their validity period unless obtained through abuse.
This program is separate from any NoobSync ambassador, partner, or affiliate program, which are governed by their own agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
NoobSync's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify NoobSync against claims arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. NoobSync may terminate immediately for breach of terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
